Introduction. Physical activity appears in men’s life from the very beginning of their existence, however over last few decades it has become more popular as an amateur sport and recreation. One simplest form physical considered is running. Runners often begin workouts thinking about improving health but comes with a risk getting injured. There are lot factors which can prevent injuries to occur. them doing stretching exercises. The purpose study validate if exercises lower suffering injury by men running workouts. In this was assumed that additional lowers common people training long-distance Materials Methods.182 who do city Bydgoszcz were examined use author’s original questionnaire. It concerned sociodemographic data, running-related issues, aspects sports injuries. Statistics. Ordinal scales analyzed nonparametric rank tests, such Mann-Withney test, while nominal tested tests Pearson's chi-squared test group. Results. found largest group runners aged 32 years, part sport.
